About Me:

Sophie Miles grew up in rural England and started her real estate agency career in 1993, focusing on country house sales in Herefordshire. She gained her Code of Practice in Estate Agency (CPEA) and became an associate member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) during this time. She moved on to London in 1994 as a Senior Sales Associate where she focused on residential sales in key areas as such as South Kensington, Notting Hill, St. Johns Wood and Hampstead for renowned companies such as Foxtons, Chestertons and The Estate Office. In 1999 Sophie had the rare opportunity to transition to a property buyer for the investment company Residential Land acquiring blocks of flats and rental investments across some of central London’s most dynamic prime areas. She relocated to the Cayman Islands to work with IRG Ltd in 2001, where she specialised in the sale, acquisition and marketing strategies of some of Cayman’s most exclusive residential homes and prime property developments, as well as personal and corporate relocation for high net worth investors. Sophie’s proven track record of achieving the best possible price for her clients in the Cayman Property market and an exceptional level of insight and advice for those wishing to buy and invest in Cayman allowed her to advance to Associate Broker in 2010. With over 20 years as a dedicated property professional, Sophie was proud to have been voted onto the 2013 CIREBA board of directors and continues to increase her portfolio and knowledge base for her new venture Milestone Properties Cayman Ltd.
