About Me:

Ruthanna proudly hails from the district of West Bay with deep connections to her Caymanian heritage. Ruthanna has an extensive local network and intricate knowledge of all things Cayman and Caymanian, one of the many benefits she brings to her role as a Real Estate Professional.  She takes great pride in supporting her clients in every aspect of buying, selling, or renting their properties- no task is too big or small. As a University of Miami Alumna, Ruthanna obtained her BBA with concentrations in Accounting and Entrepreneurship. Her professional career began as a Hedge Fund Accountant and Administrator, but she quickly found that the behind-the-desk lifestyle was not what she wanted to settle on long-term. Determined to pursue something more suited to her genial character, she ultimately transitioned to sales. During her 10 years in the industry, Ruthanna also owned a salon and spa, alongside a home staffing agency, which she managed and maintained independently. When prompted by one of her salon clients to explore the possibilities waiting for her in the real estate industry, she took the plunge and made the career change. Immediately, Ruthanna was drawn to the relationship and connection-building that came with working as an agent. She values the opportunity to be involved in her clients lives and assist them with their realty needs. Her diverse professional background allows her a unique opportunity to understand the needs of and cater to a wide range of clients. In her spare time, Ruthanna enjoys being a mom, dancing, cooking, and spending time in the gym.
