Our newest member at Williams⊃2; Real Estate, Fabio Sordinelli joins us from Capital Realty where he made a name for himself in the residential real estate market. A resident since 2004, Fabio witnessed the explosive growth of the Cayman market first hand. Fabio initially got his start in real estate on the investment side; as the island slowly recovered from Hurricane Ivan, Fabio saw an opportunity and began purchasing residential properties. Now managing a personal portfolio of properties across the island, Fabio is excited for what the future has in store for the island. Fabio, a certified sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, has managed wine lists for numerous high-end restaurants on island. Growing up in the northern Italian countryside, Fabio developed a passion for wine, food, and hospitality which carries over into his approach with real estate. Having lived in the UK, United States, Canary Islands, and Italy, Fabio is fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English. As a sommelier, Fabio built his career finding the perfect wines for his guests’ palates and he brings the same approach to matching clients with real estate. Fabio has a deep passion for the island, the local people and real estate. He is excited to help people's dreams come true in finding the perfect home.
